Can I cancel my subscription at any time? ›
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — we don't prorate or charge cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept? ›
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and Apple Pay / Google Pay via Stripe. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. Schools and enterprises can also pay by bank transfer on annual plans.
Does the free trial require a credit card? ›
No credit card required to start the Free plan. For Pro or Elite trials, we'll ask for a payment method at the start but won't charge you until after your 7-day trial ends. You'll get a reminder email before any charge.
What is the CLP Assessment and is it included in the free plan? ›
The Cognitive Learning Profile (CLP) is a 20-question assessment that identifies how your brain learns best across 6 dimensions. It's completely free on all plans — including the Free tier — and takes about 3 minutes to complete.
How does the score improvement guarantee work? ›
Elite plan students who complete at least 3 tutor sessions per month and actively use the platform (mock exams, flashcards) for 3 months are eligible for the guarantee. If your verified exam score doesn't improve by at least the agreed target, we'll refund one month's subscription.
Are tutor session fees separate from the subscription? ›
Yes. Tutors set their own hourly rates independently of the platform subscription. Your plan controls how many sessions you can book per month, but each session is priced by the tutor. The platform commission is deducted from the tutor's payment, not added to your cost.
Can I switch between plans? ›
Absolutely. Upgrade at any time and the new plan activates immediately (we prorate the difference). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep your current benefits until then.
