Simple API pricing

Each HTTP call to any endpoint in the Studuet API counts as one request — including GET, POST, PATCH, and DELETE calls. Responses from the AI Tutor endpoints count as a single request regardless of the length of the answer. Webhook deliveries do not count against your request limit.

If you hit your monthly limit, your API keys will begin returning 429 Too Many Requests until the next billing cycle. We'll send you an email warning at 80% and again at 100% usage. You can upgrade your plan at any time to immediately restore access.

Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. When you upgrade mid-cycle you'll only be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date, so you keep your current plan until then.

The Free tier gives you a single API key and 1,000 requests per month. All API endpoints are available — including AI Tutor, CLP Profiles, Flashcards, and Mock Exams. You won't have access to webhooks, the analytics dashboard, or custom rate limits, but all core platform features are fully usable. The Free tier is designed for personal projects and proof-of-concept work.

Yes. If you're building for an accredited educational institution, non-profit, or need volume significantly above the Pro plan limits, please reach out to developers@studuet.com. We offer custom Enterprise pricing with dedicated infrastructure, flexible SLAs, and on-premise deployment options.

The Studuet API uses bearer token authentication. Once you register a developer account, you can create sk_live_ API keys from your dashboard. Pass your key in the Authorization: Bearer header on every request. Keys can be revoked from your dashboard at any time. The full key value is shown only once on creation — we store only a secure hash.
